After battling a medical discharge for more than 2 years due to a childhood heart defect Reed is heading back to pilot training for the Air National Guard. At the end of his 2 years at Undergraduate Pilot Training and B course, Reed will be moving east to Washington DC with his family where he'll fly the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

Reed was born and raised in Wyoming- a state more populated with wildlife than people! He graduated from the University of Wyoming and received a degree in Psychology. During his four years at UW, Reed was a cadet in the AFROTC program and an active member of Greek Life. Reed served in numerous leadership positions including: AFROTC Wing Commander and President of the fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon. The day after graduation, Reed commissioned in the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant.

From a young age, Reed's biggest dream in life was to become an Air Force Fighter Pilot.  His father was one of his biggest supporters growing up and taught Reed to travel on the road less taken. On November 13th 2004, Reed’s father unexpectedly passed away from sudden cardiac arrest. After his passing and at the young age of 12, Reed encompassed the “lone wolf” mentality and began chasing his dreams of becoming an Air Force aviator.

Reed speaks on perseverance for youth audiences across the United States. Reed also has a focus on millennial leadership and innovative thinking. Aside from speaking, Reed has been a professional magician for over 12 years and is a member of the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood CA.

Life is far to short to sit back and let life simply just happen. Allow Reed to empower and provide you, your students, or your company the jumpstart and motivation it needs to reach the next level of success. From audiences of 1 to 7,500 + Reed's unique approach and story will resonate with every member in the audience
